2007
- BOO (build-operate-own) business model firstly introduced in the industry, and the Recocell was adopted by PCB factory, opening the route for circular economy.
2006
- The high-performance metal electrowinning system Recocell was successfully developed and put into commercial operation.
- Establishing the cooperation with Italy DeNora company. Firstly employed DSA in the PCB vertical plating (VCP) instrument, and securing the industry’s trend of replacing phosphorous-doped Cu anode with DSA in blind-via filling process.
2001
- Company established in Guangfu Road, Xitun District, Taichung City with 50 million NTD capital.
